Strategic Cooperation

In 2023, RCI signed a comprehensive strategic cooperation agreement with linkshop. According to the agreement, both parties will carry out in-depth exchanges and comprehensive co-operation in the areas of integrated development of culture, commercial and tourism, urban renewal and rural revitalization, planning and execution of large-scale industry conferences, overseas retail projects research, industry training, domestic and international projects visit, integrated marketing of media resources, Retail Tenant Representation and etc. Both parties will actively explore the development of business Industrial Chains and build matrices of new business forms.

Both parties will work together to establish the Linkshop Shaanxi Centre (covering Northwest China), which will provide a panoramic view of the traditional history and culture, urban charms and commercial development of Shaanxi and other places along the Silk Road, and enhance the commercial influence of Shaanxi province and the cities of Northwest China across the country.

In addition, both parties will jointly lead the establishment of a national research center for the integrated development of culture, commercial and tourism, and a research institute for rural revitalization and commercial development. The establishment of the above-mentioned organizations will enable researching and exploring new models of retail development, and comprehensively assist the commercial development and economic exchanges of China's urban and rural areas.
